I love my body because it gives me the abilities in life to move, think and rest. My body allows me to do the things that I love like sports, learning and expressing my opinions. But the main reason that I love my body is that it is who I am, it is one of a kind. No one else is like me, they might be similar, but there will never be another body like mine with the same abilities and that’s a beautiful thing. It determines what I do, how I think and how I eat and so far I love what my body has done and where it has brought me. And I look forward to see where it will take me next.

I love that I have the athletic ability to tumble and dance. I love that I can help others in rebuilding homes and other community services. Being able to use my hands to help someone get back on their feet after a disaster- it is one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Being able to flip around in the air makes me so happy, and I appreciate that my body is capable of that. I love that I can use my brain to play hard games, and learn new things. Being able to think about something can be so life changing and I appreciate the normal healthy brain that God has provided me with. I love that I can use both my body and mind to worship and give thanks to my God for my body.
