Tammy Allen (she/her) is the Treasurer of The Emily Program Foundation and the Senior Director of Accounting for The Emily Program.

Tammy brings over 14 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a specialized focus on mental health organizations. Prior to transitioning into healthcare, she spent more than 13 years in public accounting, where she led audit engagements for a variety of nonprofit organizations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) in Accounting from the Carlson School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Tammy’s career reflects a deep commitment to mission-driven organizations and financial integrity in service of behavioral health.
